This project exemplifies the philosophy that even the most practical spaces deserve thoughtful design.
The Challenger
The existing utility corner lacked cabinetry, exposed the boiler, and created visual clutter. Cleaning products, laundry baskets, and tools had no defined placement, making the space both inefficient and unsafe.
The challenge was to integrate a ventilated boiler housing, durable storage, and work surfaces suitable for laundry preparation.
The Result
We installed moisture-resistant cabinetry, a tall utility cupboard, pull-out storage for detergents, and a professionally designed boiler enclosure with proper access and airflow.
The space became orderly and visually balanced — transforming daily household tasks into a smoother experience. Function and beauty found equal measure, turning an overlooked corner into an indispensable part of the home.
